Quiet Pace
Private running intelligence. It reads what your Apple Watch already measured and turns it into readiness, trends, and a coach — all computed on your iPhone, never uploaded.
-

The day at a glance — this week, your latest run, and one insight that matters.
-

A readiness score from load and recovery — signals read off your Apple Watch.
-

A private coach that reads only your own data — and answers on device.
-

Your history, privately kept — twelve weeks and the year so far.
Also on iPad
Room to plan and review — with Apple Pencil.
-

Route Studio — sketch a route with Apple Pencil; legs follow real paths, not crow-flight.
-

The full training review, laid out for the larger screen.
The problem
Running apps turn your training into a public feed, upsell coaching, and ship your health data off to a server. For a runner who just wants to understand their own training, that's noise — and a privacy cost most people never notice they're paying.
The approach
Quiet Pace reads what your Apple Watch already recorded and turns it into the few things that actually matter: a readiness score, load and recovery trends, and a coach that answers plain questions like am I ready for a hard session?
There is no feed and no account. Every score and answer is computed on the iPhone and stays there, so the data that describes your body never leaves your hand.
What we built
A native iPhone and Apple Watch app in Swift and SwiftUI: a daily readiness score, trend signals for load, drift, rebound, and aerobic engine, an on-device coach, and a private run history. Private by design — nothing leaves the device.
