Privacy at Clumsy Cloud Studio

This page explains what happens to your information when you visit clumsycloud.com or contact the studio.

Project inquiries. When you submit the inquiry form, your browser sends your name, email address, business name, and project goal, plus any optional project type, budget, website, and timing you provide to Web3Forms for delivery to our inbox. We use those details to reply and discuss potential work. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details.

Message delivery and storage. Web3Forms and our email providers process inquiry information to deliver and store messages. Web3Forms may also use your IP address and email address for spam prevention. Its storage and processing practices are described in the Web3Forms privacy policy. Web3Forms is set to a three-year submission retention period. Email copies can remain separately in our inbox and provider systems; their retention practices differ. We do not sell your inquiry information.

Inquiry drafts. As you type, the form saves those eight fields in your browser’s sessionStorage so your draft can return after a reload in the same tab. It is not sent to us until you submit. Use “Clear draft” to remove the saved draft and clear the fields. After Web3Forms confirms submission, the form clears your fields and tries to remove the saved draft; it tells you if that removal fails. A failed send, or a send we cannot confirm, keeps your details available. Browser storage or session-restoration settings can affect how long a draft remains. Do not use the form to store sensitive information.

Stored on your device. If you choose a theme or turn interface sound on, the site remembers those theme and sound preferences in your browser's local storage. The values stay on your device and do not identify you.

Hosting and analytics. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To serve and secure the pages, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type, and it provides aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics that do not use cookies or identify individual visitors. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example, __cf_bm) to distinguish humans from bots; it is not used for advertising.

If you email us. You can also contact contact [at] clumsycloud [dot] com from your mail app. Your message and email address pass through email providers rather than the website form. We use them to reply and discuss potential work.

Third parties. Links to project sites and app pages lead to services with their own privacy policies. Our apps have their own, separate privacy policies in their App Store listings.

Your choices. To ask what we hold about an inquiry, request a correction, or ask for deletion, write to contact [at] clumsycloud [dot] com.
